In the Masters Qualifying Program with Business English, you will participate in an intensive program of learning to prepare you for study at postgraduate level.
This non-award program comprises of four learning subjects designed to ensure you have the skills, competencies and knowledge necessary to undertake postgraduate study in business.
You will further develop your verbal and written communication skills in a range of contemporary business areas including finance, organisations, people and culture, and enterprise intelligence in a global business context.
The School of Business has been awarded AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation for its excellence in business education.
Masters Qualifying Program with Business English Subjects
This non-award program consists of four subjects (equivalent to 40 credit points).
Management Fundamentals
Communication for Business
Marketing Skills
And one of the following:
Business Analytics in Practice
Financial Reports for Decision Making
Introductory Accounting
REQUIREMENTS
Students must have successful completion of a Bachelor degree or an overseas qualification from a recognised university or tertiary institution that is equivalent to a Bachelor degree.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS: 6.5 overall score (min 6.0 in each subtest); TOEFL internet-based score of 82: Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13; Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): 58 overall; No communication skills less than 50.
