For current and future school leaders who want to further develop their skills, drive improvement and create positive outcomes for students, their organisation and their communities.
What you will study
The Master of Education comprises four core units plus four units from your chosen specialisation.
Master of Education (Leading Education): This specialisation gives you the confidence to lead your people and organisation strategically and effectively. Enhance student learning outcomes and increase engagement with your school community in times of unprecedented change and a climate of increased public accountability.
REQUIREMENTS
To gain entry into the Master of Education, you will have a Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor level degree in any other field plus a Graduate Diploma of Education or Master of Teaching. You are required to have 2 years experience in educational setting or organisation, with equivalents considered.
English competency requirements:
IELTS Academic: An overall band minimum score of 6.5, with no individual band less than 6.0.) (Results are typically valid for 2 years and online tests are not acceptable.)
TOEFL iBT: TOEFL iBT: 84 (with no score below 17)
TOEFL Paper-Based Test (PBT): Minimum score of 573, including Test of Written English of 5.0 or better. (Results are typically valid for only 2 years)
Pearson Test of English (PTE): PTE Academic 58, with no score less than 50 for postgraduate standard entry courses. (Results are typically valid for only 2 years)
