This course provides science graduates and food industry employees with the opportunity to develop theoretical and practical skills while working in a real food processing environment at the Murdoch Food Centre which is part of the Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia (FIPWA). You will have the flexibility to choose which units to study based on your particular interests or relevant field of work and have the option of progressing to the Graduate Diploma on successful completion of the Graduate Certificate.

The Graduate Certificate in Food Science will allow you to further your food industry career in Food Quality Assurance, Food Safety or New Product Development roles.
