COURSE DESCRIPTION
As our world transforms, agricultural practices are also evolving. But to successfully influence adoption and change in farming, agricultural professionals need an advanced understanding of change management. This Melbourne MicroCert is ideal for agricultural practitioners and extensionists seeking the skills and knowledge to drive sustainable change and innovation in the industry. Explore farm practice change strategies: Advance your knowledge of delivery strategies for farm practice change. Identify relevant strategies that support adoption and change across a range of target farming populations. Understand potential success and risk factors: Examine different change management contexts and consider how strategies interact. Critically analyse a range of strategies and the success and risk factors involved.
