Graduates of the Bachelor of Music and Performing Arts degree, or equivalent program, may undertake a further year of full-time study. The program is designed to allow students to specialise to an advanced level of professionalism and academic achievement. This degree further prepares students for careers in music and performing arts, as well as providing a pathway into Research Higher Degree study.
Program learning outcomes
On successful completion of the program students will have:
- Mastery of research methodology in music and the performing arts.
- Mastery of advanced project planning skills.
- Mastery of advanced written, oral and/or performance communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of music and the performing arts as a specialist area.
