This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. The qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.
Career Pathways
There are a number of employment pathways for graduates of this training product. Possible job titles include, but not limited to: Learning and development consultant, head of department, career development manager, human resource practitioner, general manager, and staff development manager.
Learning Outcomes
Develop highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development.
Study Pathways: Students may progress to a similar qualification or a master’s degree with partner universities.
Delivery Mode
Classroom based face-to-face and self-directed.

REQUIREMENTS
Academic Entry Requirement:
Be, at least, 18 years of age and Bachelor’s Degree equivalent to AQFlevel 7 qualification, or Diploma/ Advanced Diploma qualification equivalent to AQF Level 5/6 qualification, and 1 year management experience, or No Formal tertiary qualification but 3 years’ relevant management experience
English Entry Requirement: IELTS 6.0 overall with no band less than 5.5, or equivalent.
