This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
Learner Characteristics/ Target Group
Target groups for the BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management are international students who are:
Seeking to pursue a career as a leader or manager

REQUIREMENTS
International students must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and must have completed at least the equivalent of Year 12.
- Have an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 3 years old).
- Participate in a course entry interview to determine their suitability for the course.
