COURSE DESCRIPTION
The FNS40222 – CERTIFICATE IV IN ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING qualification reflects the role of individuals in the accounting and bookkeeping industry, including business activity statement (BAS) agents and contract bookkeepers, and of those employees performing bookkeeping tasks for organisations in a range of industries.
Dealing with the Commissioner of Taxation on behalf of a taxpayer about activity statements and other lodgment matters is also vital to this qualification’s role.
Individuals in these roles apply theoretical and specialist skills and knowledge to work autonomously and exercise judgment in completing routine and non-routine activities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Age: 18 (at time of enrollment)
- Minimum IELTS score of 5.5
- Australian Year 11 equivalent, Certificate III or higher qualification must have been awarded
- A Language, Literacy and Numeracy test will be conducted at the Institute prior to commencing this course
