This qualification is designed for students with prospect of working in project management or who are seeking to transition into a project management role.
To obtain the Diploma of Project Management BSB50820, student must complete a total of 12 units of competency, including:

Throughout the course, student will develop the skills and knowledge needed to:
- Develop and implement project plans, including identifying project scope, goals, and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage project time, cost, quality, risk, and procurement.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and manage project information and governance.
- Develop and manage project teams, including team member selection, development, and performance management.
- Implement and monitor project controls and review project performance.
- Manage project integration and stakeholder engagement, including the integration of project activities and project outcomes.
Upon completion of the Diploma of Project Management BSB50820, students will have the skills and knowledge needed to manage projects in a range of industries and contexts, including small and large-scale projects. This qualification is recognized throughout Australia and internationally and can lead to a range of job opportunities in project management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Student should have appropriate educational qualification/ work experience, level of skills and the ability to undertake this course successfully as defined in entry requirements of the course.
- Student should meet the entry requirements specified for the course including English requirements, academic requirements, age, and has the ability to undertake this course successfully.
- Student has appropriate listening and oral communication skills.
