Purpose
The Diploma of Leadership and Management will provide students with skills and knowledge to be a manager in a wide range of industry settings.

There are no pre-requisites for this qualification or any of the units of competency contained within it.
Career Outcomes
Once you have successfully completed the BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management you can apply for jobs within the Business Management which may include:
- Business development manager
- Team leader
- Product or service manager
- Senior manager
REQUIREMENTS
Have completed year 12 or equivalent
Are over the age of 18
Meet the English proficiency requirements of this course:
â–ª evidence of an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old) OR
â–ª have successfully completed the General English course with Insight Academy of Australia (Upper Intermediate Level 12 weeks) OR
â–ª be able to provide any of the following evidence of English Language competence:
â–ª that they were educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country.
â–ª that they have successfully completed the Oxford Online Placement Test with a minimum CEFR score of B2.
â–ª that within two years of their application date, they have successfully completed in Australia a foundation course or a senior secondary certificate of education or a substantial part of a Certificate IV or higher level qualification, from the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Please note : Insight Academy of Australia will also accept equivalent test results from the following specified English language tests:
