The Certificate IV in Hospitality qualification allows for multi-skilling and for specialisation in accommodation services, food and beverage, and gaming.
Are you a great host who delights in providing people with great service and creating a truly hospitable environment? ICAE hospitality courses are designed for people with a passion for great service! You’ll learn all you need to know about providing excellent service and how to manage your own profitable hospitality establishment. Working with our team of international front of house hospitality experts for your first semester, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge you need to thrive in the hospitality industry. In your second semester when you go out into Industry Placement, you’ll deliver the service excellence that customers appreciate and that employers demand. This Certificate IV in Hospitality qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who use a broad range of hospitality service, sales or operational skills combined with supervisory skills and sound knowledge of industry operations to plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others, and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.

REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for any of ICAE’s international programs you must meet the following requirements:
be 18 years old or older.
be a high school graduate in your home country, or have significant working experience.
English Language Provider Test
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 5.5
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 42
Test of English as a Foreign Language internet-Based test (TOEFL iBT): 46
Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) test (also known as Certificate in Advanced English): 162
Occupational English Test (OET): Pass (An A or B is considered a pass)
