You will apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. You also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, you would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.

FURTHER STUDIES
Successful completion of the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) will lay a foundation for successful students to progress into Master of Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 18 years of age.
Academic Requirements:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma qualification in any field of study (onshore or offshore) or equivalent; OR
Bachelor’s degree in any field of study (onshore or offshore) or equivalent;
OR
Evidence of relevant work experience (no less than 3 years in a senior management or leadership position).
English Requirements:
It is essential that international students must exhibit a strong command of the English
language. Undertaken one of the following English Language Tests and met the minimum score.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum score of 6.0 in the Academic section and no band less than 5.5 for the other sections.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet-Based Test must have scored 65 or higher.
Pearson Test of English (PTE) must have scored 46 or higher.
Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) ESOL test must have score 169 or higher.
Evidence that English is the medium of instruction at the student’s school and has been for the last two (2) years. The student has a satisfactory grade in the language.
