COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Duration: 40 tuition weeks (52 Weeks include break).
The course consists of 8 units and is clustered into 4 groups in order to be delivered within 4 terms of full-time study load. The term duration is 10 weeks.

PATHWAY
After completing the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), students may
articulate into further study for master’s degree programs offered by any Australian Higher
Education providers.
VOCATIONAL OUTCOME
This qualification aims to provide candidates with the skills and knowledge required to effectively perform the following job roles:
Human resource manager
Research and career development manager
Learning and development manager
Executive manager/head of school registered training organisation (RTO)
REQUIREMENTS
Be 18 years old or over.
Students who intend to enrol in this course must prove their successful completion of Advanced Diploma Qualification or bachelor’s degree in relate field is mandatory.
You must demonstrate that you have the required level of language, literacy and numeracy skills necessary to complete this course by undertaking an LLN (language, literacy and numeracy) Assessment prior to enrolment.
