COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Duration: 40 tuition weeks. (52 Weeks include break) The course consists of 10 units and is clustered into 4 groups in order to be delivered within 4 terms of full-time study load. The term duration is 10 weeks.

PATHWAY
After completing the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, students may articulate into continue their studies in Bachelor Degree programs or Graduate Diploma offered by Australian Education providers
VOCATIONAL OUTCOME
This qualification aims to provide candidates with the skills and knowledge required to effectively perform the following job roles:
Entrepreneurship
Business Enterprise Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Students who intend to enrol in this course must prove successful completion of Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) OR have two years’ equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
You must demonstrate that you have the required level of language, literacy and numeracy skills necessary to complete this course by undertaking an LLN (language, literacy and numeracy) Assessment prior to enrolment.
