The course includes a solid foundation in the research of inclusion, leadership, and social justice, providing knowledge and skills to students to be empowered to enact change in program, policy, and project design.

AQF Level 7 (Bachelor degree) or above or an equivalent overseas higher education qualification

A combination of formal (below AQF7) or non-formal qualifications and three years of relevant experience in an education or training professional role.
