This qualification is designed to meet the needs of senior managers within building and construction firms.
The construction industry strongly affirms that training and assessment leading to recognition of skills must be undertaken in a real or very closely simulated workplace environment and this qualification requires all units of competency to be delivered in this context. This is achieved through the use of a simulated building environment in the AICC construction warehouse in Auburn.
Additional units of competency may be required to meet builder or project manager registration requirements in various States and Territories.

REQUIREMENTS
- Be aged 18 years or over
- Hold a minimum Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
- Have a IELTS score of 5.5 with no band less than 5.0 or equivalent tests (within 2 years)
- Satisfactorily completed our Language Literacy Numeracy assessment, or enrolment interview priorto acceptance
