If you want to be a Personal Trainer, you will need to undertake the Certificate IV in Fitness. This national qualification allows you to train and develop your own clients in an unsupervised setting.
Learn the knowledge and skills to become the personal trainer you always wanted to be. Whether you want to train outdoors, in a commercial gym, or in a private studio, you will become a highly competent trainer after completing this course. You will have the opportunity to explore different modalities such as weights training, functional training, mobility and preventative exercise.

COURSE OUTCOMES
Successful graduates from this course have achieved the following employed positions:
a pathway to work as an employed or self-employed personal trainer in settings such as fitness facilities, gyms, leisure and community centres, client workplaces and homes, and outdoor locations.
Personal trainers may offer services to individuals and groups, and may provide online training services. In some employment contexts, personal trainers may be involved in team leadership or supervisory activities.
