This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management to manage business or business departments/sections with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions of their own workload and work outcomes as well as the work load and work outcomes of the staff who report to them.

Qualification awarded
At the successful completion of this course the participant will receive a BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification. Those students who do not complete this course or who are deemed not yet competent in any unit will receive a Statement of Attainment for those units they have completed successfully.
REQUIREMENTS
There are no stated pre-requisite requirements for entry in the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Age restrictions
• You must be 18 years of age or above.
Education
• Minimum year 12 education successfully completed or equivalent
English Language competence: English language competence can also be demonstrated through verified documented evidence of any of the following:
• You have achieved a minimum General Training IELTS score of 5.5 with no band under 5.5.
• You were educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country.
• You have completed at least 6 months of a Certificate level course in an Australian RTO.
• You have successfully completed your High School in the English language
