This qualification will provide you with the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills in a range of business environments. These include workplace health and safety, leadership in the workplace, innovation and team environment, project administration, performance management, products and services promotion, customer service strategies, risk management, and making presentation.
After you complete the BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business, you may be looking at a business career as a project officer, customer service officer, administrator or supervisor. This qualification may assist you in entry to the BSB50215 Diploma of Business course.
Study Modes
The delivery methods include face-to-face classroom-based learning and structured learning activities.
Assessment
All units will be assessed using a variety of methods including student portfolios, essays, reports, role-plays, practical observations, case studies, questioning, simulated workplace, and written tests.
Awards Requirements
Students completing all the above units are eligible for the Certificate IV in Business. Completion of individual units of competency will enable students to receive a statement of attainment for that unit.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT)
Recognition is available (on application received no later than two weeks after the CoE start date) to students with prior skills, experience, knowledge or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training in related areas. Recognition may reduce the duration of your studies.

Completion of Australian Year 12, or other equivalent qualification/s, or BSB30115 Certificate III in Business
Experience or a qualification within a related sector such as business, administrative or retail
IELTS Test Score of 5.5 or equivalent test score/s
18 years of age and above
