This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design, and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT)
Recognition of prior learning and credit transfer may reduce the duration of a student’s studies. To apply for recognition of prior learning or credit transfer, students must submit an application form along with all documentary evidence to ATI.

Upon completion of this qualification, students may undertake the following or any other studies at a higher education level in the relevant area of study:
Master of Business Administration programs with partnered Higher Education Provider
REQUIREMENTS
Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) OR
Have completed a Bachelor Degree in any discipline onshore or offshore OR
Have three years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in leadership or education roles
English Language Requirement (for international students only)
You will be required to provide proof of English language proficiency as required by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) as evidence of English language proficiency for the student visa application processes.

TOEFL (ibt) Test Score of 46 OR
TOEFL (PBT) Test Score of 527 OR
Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) Test Score 162
PTE Academic Test Score 42 OR
OET Pass Grade OR
If you are an international student currently studying in Australia and have studied for 6 months or more at AQF Certificate IV level or above.
