This qualification provides a pathway to work in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops, or to run a small business in these sectors.

- SIT40521 Certificate IV in kitchen management or other Diploma qualifications.
Qualification and recognition:
Students who successfully complete this qualification will be awarded the nationally recognized SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

- IELTS 5.5 or equivalent English proficiency
