Be prepared to become a leader and manager, capitalising on learning to build organisational capability. With this post-graduate qualification, your options are endless, giving you skills that can be applied to industries and organisations anywhere in the world. Graduates have the opportunity to progress directly into a variety of master’s degrees.
The course will help you develop autonomy, ability to respond, and organisational management with the aim of assisting a corporation or education institute meet the learning needs of their employees. Equip yourself with the necessary skills and knowledge and become a valuable resource for the education and training efforts of an enterprise. Learn to apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. You will develop the skills to generate and evaluate complex ideas. Graduates will be able to initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. This course, on successful completion, gives you direct access to a related master’s degree, even if you do not hold a bachelor’s degree. Apply for credit exemptions towards part of the Master program.
This is a Level 8 AQF qualification.

REQUIREMENTS
All Students must be aged 18 years or over (International Students) at the time of applying for admission to BAA.
Satisfactory completion of studies in Student’s home country equivalent to an Australian Year 11/12 Qualification
IELTS band score of overall 6 (Academic or General) or equivalent in line with the Department of Education and DHA regulations
Learners are required to be competent in written and spoken English and will undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy test prior to commencing the training.
You are able to attend the scheduled classroom training sessions as per the timetable
You will have access to a computer and the internet for the duration of the course
