This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Further Studies
On completion of BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, students may pursue the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management at CCEB or other CRICOS registered training organisations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Successful completion of Certificate IV in a related field or two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or supervisory role in an enterprise
- Applicants are to be over the age of 18.
- Applicants should have reasonable computer skills including the ability to use and access to the internet.

C1 Level of CEFR – Common European Framework

In the 2 years before applying for the student visa, applicants completed, in Australia and in the English language, either the Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or a substantial component of a course leading to a qualification from the Australian Qualifications Framework at the Certificate IV or higher level, while applicants held a student visa.
