Developing students’ skills in leading and managing teams, implementing operational plans, fostering effective workplace relationships, managing diversity, promoting innovation, implementing continuous improvement, and effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders.
Career Pathways
Students completing BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management may enter into workplace in roles such as: Business Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Business Development Manager.
Study Pathways
BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management or related courses. Learners may also progress into a degree course and, depending upon individual university requirements, the university may permit to have part, or this entire course credited to the student’s degree.
REQUIREMENTS
Be, at least, 18 years of age; Satisfactory completion of Year 12 (or equivalent); IELTS 5.5 overall with each band 5 or above, or equivalent.
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) – iBT Score of 46, with reading: 4-7, listening: 4-6, speaking: 14-15, and writing: 14-17
Pearsons Test of English (PTE) Academic Minimum 36 with 29 in all for communicative skills ((listening, reading, writing and speaking)
Occupational English Test OET Score of 200-290
Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE), Cambridge First Certificate of English (FCE) Overall score of 162 with a minimum of 154 in all bands
Intensive English Language Institute (IELI) English for Academic Purposes 2 (C grade)
English College of Adelaide English for Direct Entry Level 1, C grade in all skills
South Australian College of English (SACE) English for Tertiary Studies I
