The CPC60220 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) qualification is designed to meet the needs of individuals requiring a building industry license.
This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders or senior managers within the building and construction industry who apply knowledge of building, construction and sustainability systems and processes, structural principles, codes, standards and legal obligations to construction projects including high rise.

CPCCBC6001 Apply building codes and standards to the construction process for large building projects
CPCCBC6003 Establish, maintain and review contract administration procedures and frameworks
CPCCBC6018 Manage processes for complying with legal obligations of a building and construction contractor
ELECTIVE UNITS
CPCCBC6007 Develop, plan and implement building and construction environmental management processes
CPCCBC6012 Manage and administer development of documentation for building and construction projects
CPCCBC6013 Evaluate concrete performance for multi-storey buildings
CPCCBC6011 Establish systems to develop and monitor building and construction costs
CPCCBC6005 Manage tender developments for major projects
CPCCBC6009 Develop, plan and implement a building and construction planning process
REQUIREMENTS
To study at Danford College, all international students must be at least 18 years of age or above when the course starts.
Academic requirements
All international students must meet a minimum academic requirement to gain admission to Danford College. Danford College requires the successful completion of studies equivalent to Australian Year 12 education as the minimum level of entry into our courses.

Cambridge English: 169
Pearson Test of English Academic: 50
Occupational English Test: B for each test component of the OET.
