REQUIREMENTS

Entry to Diploma courses requires the successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent.

English Admission Requirements

  • C1 Advanced (formerly Cambridge English: Advanced) – FCE Level B2;
  • Deakin University English Language Institute (DUELI) – EAP 2;
  • GCE O-level – C6;
  • IELTS (Academic) including IELTS One Skill Retake – 5.5 (with no band score below 5.5);
  • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): 42 (with no communicative skill less than 42)
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma – Grade 4 in English;
  • TOEFL iBT: 52 – Writing 19, Speaking 16, Listening and Reading 5.

Deakin College is a direct pathway to Deakin University, providing students with the experience that supports successful transition to further studies at the University. Deakin has four campus locations- of which three are in the state of Victoria and one is offshore in Jakarta, Indonesia.
