COURSE DESCRIPTION
With the Bachelor of Arts (Professional Futures), you’ll gain the fundamental knowledge and workplace skills to pursue the career of your choice. You’ll be given the knowledge to identify your professional purpose and career identity, and the skills to manage your future career.
You’ll explore contemporary careers and the future of work including Industry 4.0. You’ll explore what knowledge is and how we can work to decolonise organisations, and what professional ethics are.
You’ll learn key skills such as career planning, project management, data literacy, business communication and leadership. You will also undertake an industry placement.
The specialisation can be combined with any major across the BA, offering you the opportunity to build your professional capabilities and deepen your knowledge in a discipline that excites you.
