Our practice-oriented Bachelor of Security Studies will prepare you to meet the needs of this rapidly changing sector by teaching you about security from a range of perspectives, including risk management, emergency response, national resilience, business continuity planning, law enforcement and the use of military force. And by learning to think critically and develop solutions by using real-world analytical techniques to examine contemporary security challenges, you’ll gain key employability skills. The Bachelor of International Studies, which combines the study of cultures and global society with the acquisition of advanced foreign language and communication skills and knowledge about global diversity and mobility, will equip you with transferable intercultural skills that are highly valued in today’s globalised job market.
