SHB30321 CERT III Nail Technology is for students to be employed as nail technicians to provide manicure and pedicure services, including the application of nail art and acrylic and gel nail enhancements. The qualification provides the student with a range of well-developed technical and customer service skills where discretion and judgement is required and are responsible for their own outputs. This includes client consultation on nail care products and services. Nail technicians may also be self-employed and responsible for managing their own nail station. Work is typically conducted in nail and beauty salons

Duration: Scheduled 26 weeks (3 Days a Week)
Enrolment Age: 18 years or older

REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of minimum Year 11 in Australia or equivalent in student’s country of origin OR
Holders of an AQF qualification level II and above OR
Applicants with no formal qualification and have experience within the industry may also be considered.
Be 18 years of age or above
A minimum English level of IELTS 4 or equivalent is required for international applicants.
