To graduate from the degree, students must complete 360 credit points overall. Each unit is worth 15 credit points, and full-time students undertake four units per trimester. All students complete general business education units in their first year before moving into the business analytics specialism. As you progress through your course, your knowledge will become more focussed on your chosen major field of business analytics. This is put into action in your final year industry-based project. COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES The Bachelor of Business, major in Business Analytics aims to provide graduates who will: Integrate and apply theories, concepts, and practices of business analytics. Accumulate, acquire, process, analyse, and interpret business information and data securely, and present those professionally and meaningfully using appropriate tools, technologies, and techniques. Collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse team members, key stakeholders, and technical and non-technical audiences to achieve shared goals. Apply critical thinking, judgement, knowledge, and skills to exhibit responsibility, leadership, teamwork, and autonomy to solve applied business problems independently and in teams. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Academic Entry Requirements International applicants must be 18 years of age at the commencement date of the course. English Language Requirements Academic IELTS: Overall 6.0 (no band less than 5.5) TOEFL iBT: Overall score 60-78 with minimum scores: Reading 12, Writing 20, Listening 11, Speaking 17 Pearson (PTE): Overall 50 (no band less than 45) Cambridge-CAE: Overall 169 (no band less than 162)
