Course Overview
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in program management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. The job roles that relate to this qualification include Program Manager.
Individuals in these roles are responsible for managing or directing a program to achieve organisational objectives. A program is defined as a set of interrelated projects, each of which has a project manager.
Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to direct, plan, and lead a range of program functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
Qualification Issued
Once the units of competency required in the training package for this qualification have been successfully completed, the student will be issued with an Advanced Diploma of Program Management (BSB60720) and an academic transcript of all completed units within 30 calendar days. Students who successfully complete individual units of competency within the qualification, but not the qualification in its entirety will be eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment. This document contains a record of all completed units and will be available to students by the end of their course.
NPA does not guarantee that:
a successful education assessment outcome for the student or intending student; or
completion of an NPA qualification will lead to an employment outcome; or
a learner will successfully complete a training product on its scope of registration; or
a training product can be completed in a manner which does not meet the requirements of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

REQUIREMENTS
Students must be 18 years old and above.
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who have:
Completed one of the following qualifications: BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management; or BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management (or a superseded equivalent version).
or
Completed two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level within a project or program environment within an enterprise.
English Requirement for Overseas Students
Minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
