This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams. They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
This course will equip students to build and gain practical skills to effectively work in a range of management and leadership roles. Upon successful completion of all units in this course, students are eligible for the award of BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
This course is appropriate for those:
Persons either domestic or international who wish to higher level of broader skills and knowledge in the field of Leadership and Management.
Persons who have been made redundant from the workforce and are wishing to make a career change and who are seeking to update their existing skill set.
Currently holding other BSB qualifications and who are seeking recognition of prior learning.
Persons who are wishing to re-enter in the workforce or those looking to make a career change and who are seeking to update their existing knowledge and skill set.
Upon successful completion of all units in this course, students are eligible for the award of BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
