COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for students wishing to develop broad theoretical knowledge base and apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts and work and/or the work of a team.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
Upon successful completion of all units in this course, students are eligible for the award of BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
This course is appropriate for those:
Persons either domestic or international who wish to higher level of broader skills and knowledge in Leadership and Management.
Persons who have been made redundant from the workforce and are wishing to make a career change and who are seeking to update their existing skill set.
Currently holding other BSB qualifications and who are seeking recognition of prior learning.
Persons who are wishing to re-enter in the workforce or those looking to make a career change and who are seeking to update their existing knowledge and skill set.

After achieving Australian high school certificate or Certificate IV or higher AQF level of qualification.
