The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management focuses on the broader spectrum of knowledge and understanding required to become a fully competent and efficient Organisational Leader or Senior Manager.
The qualification is a coherent development from the Diploma of Leadership and Management and is invaluable to existing managers or individuals wishing to develop their career and climb the career ladder to a successful senior executive position within any organisation.
This program rehabilitates existing cognition of managers and, through a series of workshops and assignments, provides candidates with the skills, confidence and competencies to successfully manage businesses and people in an ever-evolving workplace.

Pathway:
On completion of BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, candidates have opportunity to study a Bachelor degree in the Business/Management discipline at a university of your choice. This bachelor degree is generally a 3 year program, however, with Recognised Prior Learning of the Diploma and Advanced Diploma, students may opt to transfer their accrued recognised credits and complete the bachelor within a shorter time frame.
REQUIREMENTS
All learners with English as a second language (ESL) must demonstrate the English Proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or other English scores accepted by Department of Home Affairs (DHA) such as TOEFL ‘PBT’ 527, TOEFL ‘iBT’ 46; PTE Academic 42; Cambridge English Advance 47; OET ‘Pass’.
