This program is designed to prepare individuals for roles where they actively contribute to delivering, overseeing, and organising person-centred services for individuals, groups, and communities. Community service workers facilitate positive transformations in people’s lives, fostering personal and social well-being. Additionally, they may take on leadership roles, supervise fellow workers and volunteers, and engage in tasks like case management and program coordination.
