This degree will teach you to be a digital media design specialist in interactive media, digital video, sound design/soundtrack or digital environments.
You will explore the core disciplines of the field, and then specialise in visual effects and compositing, motion graphics, interactive and mobile media design, or sound design.
You will gain a solid grounding in contemporary digital media design theory and practice, and will explore how digital content can be planned, produced, applied and integrated.
Career
Digital media is a continually evolving field: what is cutting-edge now may not be in five years. RMIT has developed a modular way of updating course content and curriculum to reflect expected changes in both industry and online applications.
