The adoption and success of today’s digital products and services is heavily dependent on users’ perception of ease and quality interactions with that product or service. User experience (UX) design is a mindset and development process that deep-dives into users’ needs, identifies pain points, and delivers iterative improvements to create delightful human-centred solutions.
Details Beginning with research, the UX design process involves prototyping, testing, developing, and refining a solution to deliver seamless products and services that meet customer demands. As an in-demand skillset, UX design intersects with many other design disciplines including user interface design and visual design.
Career Dependent upon your existing role, you may graduate to become: Junior-to-mid UX designer Experience designer Design consultant.
