The Certificate IV in Business offers students the skills and knowledge needed to prepare them for entry level business positions. Students learn practical organisational and technology skills in a team environment
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. These individuals may have supervisory performance accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks that require self-development skills. They use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources.
They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.
The target learner for this course will possess at minimum the following traits: – Familiarity with contemporary best-practice as they relate to their current or recent professional workplace – Wanting to consolidate and extend the skills they’ve gained on the job – Willing and able to take part in a course that is workplace-based – Familiarity with, or aptitude for, online study (for the theoretical and simulated components)

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 17 years of age, with Year 10 equivalent.
English levels at minimum IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
