The Diploma of Project Management is meticulously crafted to empower students with the skills to effectively execute and lead projects across diverse contexts and industry sectors.
Upon completion of this comprehensive course, you will possess a solid knowledge base and the ability to deploy a range of specialised, technical, and managerial strategies. These skills will enable you to initiate, plan, execute, and evaluate your own work and that of your team.
This course will prepare you to take on pivotal roles such as Project Leader or Manager, Contract Manager, Team Leader, and others, equipped with the expertise to steer projects to success.
This diploma reflects the role of individuals applying project management skills and knowledge across various industry sectors. Designed to instil effective project management capabilities, the curriculum covers essential topics including project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, communication, human resources, procurement, and stakeholder management.
The course is delivered through a combination of lectures, tutorials, and practical exercises. Upon course completion, you will have the proficiency to manage projects effectively, lead and facilitate teams, oversee ICT infrastructure projects, develop, implement, and evaluate incident response and disaster recovery plans, govern project processes, manage project procurement, mitigate project risks, and optimize business resources.

What You will Learn
Students will study business operations and structure with case studies on how administration roles contribute to the workplace.
You will learn, understand and apply fundamental management lessons to prepare you to be responsible for achieving project objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 16 years old
Must hold a current Student Visa (at the time of course commencement)
Must demonstrate satisfactory completion of studies in applicant’s home country equivalent to an Australian Year 10 qualification* (Department of Home Affairs may require country-specific higher education requirement for student visa application assessment).

International English Language Testing system
Overall band score 6.0; or;
Overall band score 5.5 if packaged with at least 12 weeks ELICOS; or
Overall band score of 5.0 if packaged with at least 24 weeks ELICOS.
Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) test
169; or
• 162, if packaged with at least 12 weeks ELICOS; or
• 154, if packaged with at least 24 weeks ELICOS.
Pearson Test of English Academic
50; or
• 42, if packaged with at least 12 weeks ELICOS; or
• 36, if packaged with at least 24 weeks ELICOS.
Occupational English Test
a score of at least B for each test component of the OET.
