COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification is an entry point for people wishing to develop themselves as emerging leader in small, medium, or large businesses across a range of industries. It reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
You will gain the skill of communicating effectively as an organization leader, team leader management, applying critical thinking skills, and Leading, managing and facilitating a team within the organization. You will learn to apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Duration: 40 tuition weeks (52 Weeks include break)
The course consists of 12 units and is clustered into 4 groups in order to be delivered within 4 terms of full time study load.
The term duration is 10 weeks.

PATHWAY
After completing the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, students may articulate into further study of the Diploma of Leadership and Management offered by any RTO or they may have opportunities to continue their studies in Bachelor Degree programs offered by any Australian Higher Education providers.
VOCATIONAL OUTCOME
This qualification aims to provide candidates with the skills and knowledge required to effectively perform the following job roles:

REQUIREMENTS
Students who intend to enrol in this course must prove their successful completion of Certificate III in Business or equivalent, or prove their satisfactory completion of Australian Year 12 or international equivalent.
You must demonstrate that you have the required level of language, literacy and numeracy skills necessary to complete this course by undertaking an LLN (language, literacy and numeracy) Assessment prior to enrolment.
