This qualification is intended to develop specialist knowledge and skills and strengthen your existing capabilities to facilitate independent and complex judgements in your specialised area of practice.

The CHC82015 Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management reflects the role of those workers who are advanced practitioners in a health and/or community services context and who require a high level of knowledge and skills in case management in order to provide specialist services to clients with complex and diverse needs. Their role may also involve full responsibility and accountability for all aspects of work of self, others and functions; including advanced case management and assessment roles.

Delivery and assessment mode:
- Full time at Jannali
- Assessments are competency based which means that you have to demonstrate that you are able to meet the performance criteria for each unit.
- Assessment methods will vary including: Questions & Answers, projects, role plays, presentations, port folios observation.
- Assessments will be completed in and outside of class time.
- You should allow approximately 5-10 hours per week for self-study and out of class and assessments.

- BSBLDR812 Develop & cultivate collaborative partnerships and relationships (Elective)
Work Placement
The qualification does not involve a mandatory Work Placement. However, some units require the assessment of skills demonstrated in the workplace with additional simulations as required.
During your course you will be required to complete assessments that demonstrate your skills in the workplace. You may be required to work shifts determined by your placement/workplace provider, and these can include early mornings or late nights, any day of the week, including public holidays.
REQUIREMENTS
Entry Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Upper intermediate level of English (IELTS Score of 5.5 or equivalent)
- Hold a minimum 3 year tertiary qualification or equivalent in an associated field
All students must undertake the following:
