COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Strategix Diploma of Counselling will teach you a range of therapy techniques providing mental health, behavioural, or emotional assistance to individuals and clients through communication, micro-counselling and interviewing skills. It will also teach you the skills necessary to communicate effectively, work within a case management framework, and refer clients to other services when necessary. Upon completion of the course, you will be ready to pursue higher education and your career within the counselling industry. The Diploma of Counselling will increase your skills in the areas of:

REQUIREMENTS
At least 17 years of age.
Not attending secondary school.
Level 3 Reading and Level 2 Numeracy in LLN assessment, or year 12, Cert IV or higher qualification
Internet, email and computer access.
