On successful completion of the course, students will receive SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.
The outcome of this course provides a pathway to work in any hospitality industry sector as a departmental or small business manager. The diversity of employers includes restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes, and coffee shops. This qualification allows for multiskilling and for acquiring targeted skills in accommodation services, cookery, food and beverage and gaming.

REQUIREMENTS
Students entering this course must have completed Year 10 or equivalent qualification. Students with no formal qualifications are required to successfully complete the LLN test and meet with the Training Manager to be admitted.
Overseas students must demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
