The Certificate IV in Human Resource Management teaches you to use your people skills to develop thriving team cultures across a range of industries. A human resources department plays a crucial role in every business, and HR professionals work to build the capability and wellbeing of an organisation in line with business priorities.
In this course, you’ll discover your organisational strengths and graduate with transferrable, in-demand knowledge. You’ll learn to manage diverse groups of people, manage performance evaluation processes, and support new staff on their path from recruitment through to their first day on the job.
