Build your qualifications in accounting and finance with this pathway to high-level triple qualifications. This course will give you the essential knowledge and professional skills to work competently within the accounting, business, and finance sectors.
Meet the minimum academic requirements for registration as a BAS agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (additional experience requirements apply).
During this course you will develop from fundamental financial skills to an advanced understanding of financial reporting, budget management and forecasting, income tax returns, and providing accurate accounting advice.
Successful completion of this course meets the Tax Practitioners Board academic requirements for registration as a BAS agent (additional experience requirements apply). You’ll also have the essential knowledge and skills required to take your studies further with great articulation opportunities available through some of Australia’s leading universities.

REQUIREMENTS
Academic Requirements: Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent). Non-school-leavers must have relevant work experience or qualification that indicates likely success of course completion.
FNS30322 – Certificate III in Accounts Administration
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
FNS40222 – Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
FNS50222 – Diploma of Accounting
To be eligible to enrol into this course you must have successfully completed all of the following units of competency (or equivalent):
FNSACC321 Process financial transactions and extract interim reports
FNSACC322 Administer subsidiary accounts and ledgers
FNSACC418 Work effectively in the accounting and bookkeeping industry
FNSACC421 Prepare financial reports
International students who are under 18 years of age and are applying for a student visa are required by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs to have adequate welfare arrangements in place.
Academic IELTS 5.5 (no individual band less than 5.0) or ISLPR 2+ on all skills or other; TOEFL: PBT score of 506; iBT score of 46 with 8 in Reading /7 in Learning and 18 in writing /16 in speaking; PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) overall score of 42 with Reading /Learning /writing /speaking score of 36; Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) score of 162.
