Develop the skills and knowledge to design and deliver person-centred services to individuals and/or groups as well as providing support, advocacy or interventions to individual clients, groups or communities across a range of services.
Employment Outcomes
On completion of this qualification, students may be able to move into the community services sector, working in roles such as case worker, prevention worker, home based care worker, community services worker, welfare worker and early intervention worker.

Certificate IV in Community Services (CHC42021)
This course covers the interests and rights of clients, communication, working with diverse people, legal and ethical requirements, developing and maintaining networks and partnerships and workplace safety. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 7 core units and 8 elective units.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic IELTS score of 6.0 Overall with minimum of 5.5 in Listening and Speaking and 5.0 in Reading and Writing or equivalent.
Satisfactory completion of Year 11 or overseas equivalent .
