This Melbourne MicroCert is ideal for mid to late-career ICT professionals who want to future-proof their skillsets and gain a deeper understanding of how analytics can drive organisational success. Examine the impact of various analytics: Explore the different types of analytics (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, and real-time) and their impacts on business operations such as human resources, business processes, supply chains and finance.
