Large organisations need employees who are innovative and equipped with the skills to generate, popularise and implement game-changing ideas. The ability to attract and retain high-potential employees by developing their intrapreneurship skills can boost retention and stimulate growth at key career junctures. Discover how to sell your ideas in a large organisation: Learn how to socialise ideas that increase buy-in from project stakeholders. You’ll gain skills to confidently create persuasive, fact-based narratives that align with current and future business objectives. Learn to turn big ideas into viable opportunities: Explore three critical elements of the innovation process that are essential for transforming ideas into commercially viable opportunities: desirability, feasibility, and viability. Understand how these concepts intersect to drive ideas forward. Use self-reflection to manage risk and develop resilience: Gain skills to build the resilience and self-awareness needed to pursue a career as an innovator in your organisation. You’ll practice using reflective learning to drive personal growth and develop behaviours and mindsets that are conducive to innovation. Develop and pitch your own innovation: Work on your own project to build fundamental skills and social capital.
