Effective leaders know that genuinely supporting people means going beyond the annual performance review. This course is ideal for leaders from any sector who want to give better feedback and genuinely empower and motivate their team. Understand how to set goals that motivate people: Explore the different ways in which employees are motivated. Harness evidence-backed techniques to help your team set realistic but challenging goals. Gain techniques for giving better feedback: Refine the art of constructive criticism and gain actionable strategies for giving – and receiving – more valuable feedback.
