This unique program will allow you to build a deep foundation in the design, measurement and theory of audio and acoustics with an added specialisation in the emerging area of high performance buildings.

Who is it for?

This program is tailored for design and related built-environment professionals who wish to extend their expertise in audio and acoustics, and for graduates of the Bachelor of Architecture and Environments and Bachelor of Design in Architecture.

Career paths

Your expertise in audio and acoustics could lead to vocational opportunities including audio production, sound design, audio systems design, acoustical consulting, and research and development of audio and acoustics products.

The secondary stream will prepare you to work in a specialised capacity in the fields of building services, architectural practice, business, sustainable design, commercial development, property management and more.
